Tammy Chapman
Owner/Founder
After serving in the military, Tammy's career in emergency management began in public health preparedness and has spanned over 18 years of working with and for government, private sector, non-profit, and academic institutions across the United States.

As a FEMA-certified Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) and seasoned consultant, she has managed, evaluated, and supported countless planning, training, and exercise efforts at the local, county, and state levels.

Tammy's dedication to providing unparalleled customer service and delivering the highest quality products spurred her to start a company that reflected her definition of excellence.

Madeline Cohn
Senior Managing Consultant
Madeline has 8 years of emergency management experience spanning both field response for a large county in Texas, and consulting for a variety of stakeholders.
​
Her field experience includes responding to hurricanes, floods, severe weather, the Texas 2021 Winter Storm, and the COVID-19 pandemic as a part of the EOC’s Planning Section.
She has also designed, executed, and evaluated numerous workshops, tabletops, and full-scale exercises in a range of areas, including complex coordinated terrorist attacks, natural disasters, and transportation security.

Madeline’s passion is planning. She has supported the development of Comprehensive Emergency Management Plans, Emergency Operations Plans, Hazard Mitigation Plans, and Continuity of Operations Plans to help jurisdictions be better prepared for the future.
Amanda Wight
Senior Managing Consultant
Amanda has 11 years of emergency management experience. As a consultant for most of her professional career, she has supported clients nationwide on emergency preparedness projects, including program management, gap analysis, plan development, training, exercises, and public education campaigns. These projects have covered a wide array of topics, including active shooters, complex coordinated terrorist attacks (CCTA), continuity of operations (COOP), pandemic outbreaks, and natural disasters.
Amanda’s area of expertise is in the development and delivery of discussion-based and operations-based exercises. Specifically, she is adept at planning and running, multi-site, multi-jurisdictional full-scale exercises (FSEs).
